Welcome to www.eshavarpe.com. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Deposits and Cancellations

Non-Refundable Deposits: You may lose your non-refundable deposit if:

You don’t show up for your appointment.

You cancel your appointment at any time.
-
You don’t provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment. Please call or message us if you are running late, even if it's just by a minute.

Appointment Changes: If you arrive and decide to get a different tattoo design than previously discussed, your tattoo deposit and any drawing fee may be forfeited. This will turn your session into a consultation rather than a tattoo session, requiring a new deposit and drawing fee to reschedule.

2. Intoxication Policy

Sober Requirement: You must be sober at the time of your appointment. Even one drink or slight intoxication is not acceptable, as we require your full and sober consent.

3. Minor Children Policy

No Children Allowed: Due to the nature of our studio environment, we cannot allow unattended children inside. Additionally, you will not be able to attend to children while getting a tattoo, and the studio is not a child-friendly environment.

4. Additional Drawing/Designing Fees

Design Changes After Completion: If you change your mind and request a different design after the artist has created a drawing, an additional drawing fee may be required.

Excessive Revisions: You may request up to 3 changes to the design. For additional revisions, a fee may apply if more time is required than anticipated. Our goal is to create a design you love, but if it becomes clear that another artist may better suit your needs, we will advise you accordingly.

Unplanned Changes: Any significant changes that were not discussed at the consultation may incur an additional drawing fee.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

Health and Aftercare: We provide detailed aftercare instructions to help you care for your tattoo. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions due to improper aftercare or personal skin sensitivities. Please follow all aftercare instructions and contact us if you have any concerns.
Results Disclaimer: While we work to achieve the highest standards in our work, tattoo results may vary based on factors such as skin type, aftercare, and healing processes. We are not responsible for variations in outcome once aftercare is in your hands.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images provided by Abhijit Varpe or the studio remain the intellectual property of the artist. You may not use or reproduce our designs without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

🌿 Refund & Cancellation Policy
9-Day Intensive Tattoo Bootcamp
Our training programs are crafted with deep intention, hands-on guidance, and carefully structured studio time.
To preserve the quality of this experience for every student, we follow a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.
✦ 1. Non-Refundable Fees
All bootcamp fees are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of:

personal emergencies
-
medical issues
-
travel or scheduling conflicts
-
change of plans
Every seat in this bootcamp requires advance preparation, material investment, and time blocked specifically for you.
✦ 2. When Training Is Considered to Have Started
Preparation for your training begins long before Day 1.
Your enrollment is treated as commenced as soon as any of the following actions occur:

Your seat is officially reserved
-
Your complimentary tattoo kit (₹10,000 value) is purchased
-
The bootcamp manual or study material is shared
-
Instructor hours and studio time are scheduled exclusively for your batch
After any of these steps, no refunds are possible.
✦ 3. Studio Schedule & Appointment Blocking
For the duration of the bootcamp, the studio’s tattoo appointments—including those of the instructors—are fully blocked to dedicate 100% time and attention to training.
This involves:

rearranging existing bookings
-
declining new paid appointments
-
reorganizing daily work hours
Due to this significant commitment, cancellations cannot be refunded.
✦ 4. If You Need to Cancel
While refunds are not provided, we do offer flexible alternatives:
a) Seat Deferment
You may postpone your enrollment to any upcoming batch within 6 months, based on seat availability.
b) Seat Transfer
Your seat may be transferred to another person (friend, family, or colleague) at no extra cost.
These options are offered purely as goodwill, and do not imply refund eligibility.
✦ 5. No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend the bootcamp without notice, it will be treated as a cancellation.
In such cases:

Refunds are not provided

Deferment is not offered

Seat transfers are not permitted
